The company was the first in Saudi Arabia to offer a ‘Free loan’ warranty, so that customers can have an equivalent loan unit if their product cannot be repaired within 24 hours whilst under warranty. In 2003 the company moved further forward in customer service by being the first in the kingdom to offer an ‘On the Spot’ repair service in its main service centres, where customers can have their repairs actioned immediately while they wait.
